This policy covers carrierdaily.com and its daily CSV service.

Who runs this site: CarrierDaily ("CarrierDaily," "we," "us") is a trade name of its owner. Contact: [email protected]; 11816 Inwood Rd PMB 23406, Dallas, TX 75244.

What we collect

Signup email you enter in a signup or sample form, and the state you pick (optional).
Where you came from: campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the referring page. On your first visit we store these in a first-party cookie (cd_fv, 30 days) so a later signup is credited to the original visit. It holds no identifier and is never shared.
IP address, held briefly in memory to rate-limit form submissions; we don't store it with your signup.
Page counts: aggregate daily counts of page visits, sample downloads and signups, with no personal data.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive your email, name and subscription status from Stripe.

Why we use it

To deliver the free sample, the free daily list and the paid daily list you asked for, to bill subscriptions, and to see which pages and campaigns bring people in.

Sharing

We never sell your email, and we don't share it with anyone except the processors that run the service. No third-party tracking, ads or analytics scripts are used on this site.

Processors: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (delivery), Cloudflare (DNS and email routing), our hosting provider (hosting), Apify (Actor distribution and billing).

Security

We use reasonable safeguards; no method is perfectly secure.

Retention

We keep signup records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; unsubscribed addresses are kept only as a do-not-email flag unless you ask for full deletion. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Aggregate page counts contain no personal data.

Unsubscribe or delete

Use the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or email [email protected] to unsubscribe or have your data deleted. We act on requests promptly.

Your choices: wherever you live, you can ask to access or delete personal information we hold about you at [email protected]; we respond within 45 days.

People and businesses listed in the feed

The feed is built from public FMCSA registration records. It includes business names, DOT and docket numbers, city, state, ZIP, authority type and status, and insurance-filing status. We remove phone numbers, emails and officer names, and we remove names and street addresses of carriers that appear to be individuals. We sell access to this data to business subscribers. You can ask us to remove your record at /removal or [email protected]; we stop including it right away and finish within 10 business days. Removal requests: we use the contact detail you give only to confirm the removal and delete it within 90 days; we keep only the docket/USDOT number on a suppression list. California residents may also have rights under the CCPA, including to know and delete; we'll honor those requests through the same process. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

California (CalOPPA) and Do Not Track

We don't respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because we use no third-party tracking: no other company collects information about your activity on this site over time or across sites.

Changes

We'll post updates here with a new date and email subscribers about material changes.

The carrier data in the feed comes from public FMCSA records; carriers can ask to be removed at /removal.
