Of the 10 other new-carrier tools we compared (their public sites, checked Oct 20, 2026), none lists all three: applicants from the day they apply, an insurance-on-file flag on every row, and owner phone and email. Method: a row is a new FMCSA authority application or grant on a feed day, deduplicated by docket. "No insurance on file" means no BIPD filing appears in FMCSA data that day. Paid plans include phone and email from FMCSA filings where available, and officer names for registered companies. Individual applicants' rows never include a name or street address; paid plans may include the phone and email they filed with FMCSA. This screening is automated and may not catch every case; ask us at /removal and we'll remove any record or just its contact details.
