Verifying a carrier's officer names
Company officers in the Census, how matches across DOT records are shown, and the limits.
What the public record shows
- The MCS-150 lists up to two company officers; CarrierDaily normalizes and hashes the names and counts other DOT records listing the same officer.
- An officer shared with a revoked record is a red receipt line with the count; the names themselves are not shown on public pages.
- Officer fields are self-reported and may be stale; use them as a cue to ask, not as proof.
