Public Trust API

The rate-limited JSON Trust Receipt endpoint, the OpenAPI document and the keyed API for subscribers.

GET /api/public/trust/<usdot>.json returns the public Trust Receipt (authority, insurance, safety summary, shared-identifier counts, change count, score, badge, receipts, as-of, FCRA line). 60 lookups per hour per network, no key. GET /api/public/openapi.json describes it. Subscribers call GET /api/v1/trust/<usdot> with an API key for linked DOT lists and the full change history.
