Community flags
How 'Do Not Use in Our Brokerage' flags work, why they appear only as anonymized counts from two brokerages, and what they are not.
A subscriber can flag a carrier 'Do Not Use in Our Brokerage' with a structured reason (no-show, re-brokered load, contact mismatch, identity mismatch, payment dispute, equipment issue, other) and a private note. Public pages and receipts show a flag only as an anonymized count once at least two brokerages have flagged the same DOT, with the reason counts; never who flagged, never the notes. Flags are the flagging brokerages' own experience, not an FMCSA record, and never change the Trust Signal Score. Shown today: 0 carriers.
